September’s shaping up to be a busy one - and we’re excited!

Off the Record will be popping up at Freshers Fairs and other community events all month long, meeting students, sharing info, and chatting all things mental health. Whether you’re just starting college or heading back for another year, we’d love to see you.

Some of our mental health practitioners will be at the stalls, ready to talk about the support we offer - from confidential counselling to wellbeing advice and signposting to other services if you need them. If you’re a student at one of the colleges we’re visiting, swing by our stall, say hello, and grab some info (and maybe a few freebies).

Whether you need someone to talk to or just want to find out how we can help, we’re here for you. Our team offers free, confidential mental health support for young people across Croydon, Merton, and Sutton, and Freshers Fairs are a great chance to learn more, ask questions, or simply say Hi.
