Albert Kennedy Trust supports young LGBT 16-25 year olds who are made homeless or living in a hostile environment.

> Alone in London

Alone in London offer advice and support for ages 16-25 at immediate risk of being homeless.

> CAYSH

CAYSH is a London-based charity delivering accommodation, advice and support services for young people facing homelessness.

The Drop In Zone at Croydon Council’s Turnaround Centre is a place for young people up to the age of 21 to simply turn up and ask for advice and support.

CAYSH provides a portion of the youth homelessness pathway for young people facing homelessness in Sutton. All services are accessed via the Housing Centre at Sutton Civic Centre.

> Centrepoint

Centrepoint work with homeless young people, aged 16-25 and provide accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment.

> Croydon Nightwatch

Croydon Nightwatch is formed by a core group of trained volunteers who meet every night in Queen’s Garden in central Croydon to assist homeless people.

Nightwatch act as a first line contact for homeless people and provide urgent and necessary items of food, clothes, toiletries and household goods to people in need.

> Evolve

Evolve Housing + Support offer shelter, advice and support to homeless young people, young parents and adults in the London Boroughs of Croydon, Bromley, Lambeth and Kensington and Chelsea.

> London Youth Gateway

Support for young people (18-25) who are facing homelessness or rough sleeping, wherever they might find themselves in London.

> Nightstop

Depaul's emergency accommodation service Nightstop helps young people between the ages 16-25 find a place to stay for the night.

> Shelter

Shelter helps people struggling with bad housing or homelessness by through advice, support and legal services.

> Stonewall Housing

Stonewall Housing is the specialist lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) housing advice and support provider in England.

Stonewall Housing provide housing support for LGBT people in their own homes, supported housing for young LGBT people, as well as free, confidential housing advice for LGBT people of all ages.
