Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation is a charity dedicated to the relief of suffering from Body Dsymorphic Disorder.

> British Sleep Society

The British Sleep Society (BSS) is a professional organisation for medical, scientific and healthcare workers dealing with sleeping disorders.

BSS are a registered British charity and aim is to improve public health by promoting education and research into sleep and its disorders.

> Calm 

Calm invites you to meditate for a couple of minutes as you watch relaxing nature scenes and listen to soothing music. 

> COAST Early Intervention Service

COAST provides care for people, aged 18-65 years, who live in the London Borough of Croydon, and help people when they first begin to develop the symptoms of mental illness. COAST provide prompt assessment, treatment and advice to help people to maintain their health and to prevent them reaching a crisis point.

Doc Ready helps you get ready for the first time you visit a doctor to discuss your mental health.

> Hestia's Recovery Café

Hestia's Recovery Café provides a safe space for people who feel they are moving towards or are experiencing a mental health crisis. People aged 18+, from South West London (Kingston, Merton, Sutton, Richmond and Wandsworth) can self-present at the café.

> Lonely Not Alone

Lonely Not Alone is a Co-op Foundation campaign created by young people for young people, to end the stigma of youth loneliness.

The Lonely Not Alone universe is a safe place for young people to share stories; to connect with others who’ve had similar experiences and may have found a way to make things better.

The NHS 24 Hour Mental Health Helpline offer 24-hour advice and support - for you, your child, your parent or someone you care for.

> No Panic

No Panic helps people who suffer from panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up tranquillizers.

No Panic specialises in self-help recovery, providing people with the skills they need to manage their condition and work towards recovery, enabling them to lead more fulfilled lives.

> OCD Action

OCD Action provide support and information to anybody affected by obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), work to raise awareness of the disorder amongst the public and front-line healthcare workers, and strive to secure a better deal for people with OCD.

OCD UK supports children and adults affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

> OCD Youth

OCD Youth is a community for under 25s with OCD run by young people with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), for young people with OCD.

OCD Youth organise trips and outings, run online meet-ups, take part in campaigning activities, manage a youth website and social media channels, write articles and awareness resources, produce videos and media, and much more.

Rethink provide expert, accredited and information to everyone affected by mental health problems.

stem4 is a teenage mental health charity aimed at improving teenage mental health by stemming commonly occurring mental health issues at an early stage.

Sutton Crisis Cafe is a new non-judgemental service for people in mild to moderate mental health crises, who just need a safe place to be and someone to listen.
