The journey you have as refugee, asylum seeker or forced migrant can be very difficult and can impact how you live on a day to day basis. Some of your feelings and thoughts might be difficult to manage. We can help you manage those feelings and thoughts. We work with a wide range of issues, including trauma, loss, self-harm, suicide, anxiety, isolation and sleep problems.

Our counselling service provides confidential support in Croydon to refugees, asylum seekers and forced migrants who are aged between 11 - 25.

We offer:

  • Counselling at our office on Queens Road and at John Ruskin College. You can request an interpreter.
  • Training for Professionals about young refugees, asylum seekers and forced migrants mental health difficulties. Contact us for information.
