> CLIC Sargent Social Work Team

The CLIC Sargent Social Work Team can offer social, emotional and practical support to help minimise the impact of the illness and treatment. It works only with children, young people, and adults under the age of 25. As well as providing individual support to patients and their families the team runs a variety of group events for patients and family members.

If you are under 25 years old and need hospital treatment during an important time in your education, for example when you are studying for exams, you can contact the CLIC Sargent social work team. Together with the hospital school staff they can provide advice and information as well as liaise with schools or colleges on your behalf. Any pupil or student on treatment is entitled to 'special consideration'.

cliniQ are a trans-led team, who offer a safe, confidential space for those who may not feel comfortable accessing mainstream services.

> Come Correct

The Come Correct (or CCard) scheme provides access to free condoms in a variety of outlets across London for young people aged 13 - 24. Once registered you can collect condoms or get advice from any outlet displaying the Come Correct logo.

Croydon Maternity Services offers you help and advice throughout your pregnancy, care and reassurance when it's time to give birth and all the guidance you need as you embark on parenthood.

Croydon Sexual Health Centre

The Point Clinic is a free clinic offering confidential sexual health service for men and women aged 18 or under. Services provided include: testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing, condoms, contraception and relationship advice.

Marie Stopes provide abortion care and advice, contraception, STI testing, health checks, counselling and vasectomy procedures.

Teenage Cancer Trust supports young people who have cancer, are worried about cancer or someone you know has been given a cancer diagnosis.

> Terrence Higgins Trust

Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is the largest voluntary sector provider of HIV and sexual health services in the UK.

THT offer advice on benefits, housing and employment for people with HIV who need help in getting their legal entitlements.

THT also offer a range of support for people struggling with the emotional aspects of HIV. Groups and peer support in centres and community forums on the website match people up with others in similar situations.
