Mencap offers free support and advice for families who have a child with a learning disability, day activities for younger aged adults (18+), carers welfare advice, social clubs and a learning disability forum.

Information on Best Start service for children up to the age of 5 and parenting programmes for parents and carers of children of all ages from 0 to 18 years.

Family Action provides practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation across the country.

The FamilyLine service offers support to parents and carers for free via telephone, text message and email.

Family Lives help parents deal with the changes that are a constant part of family life.
Family Lives provide a 24-hour helpline, advice, live chat services, befriending services, and parenting and relationship support groups.

Home-Start Croydon offer a unique service to families by recruiting and training volunteers, who are usually parents themselves, to visit families at home who have at least one child under 5, offering them informal, confidential and friendly support.

Little Lullaby is an online community exclusively for young parents to chat, share advice and tell your story with other young parents.

> National Autistic Society

The National Autistic Society provides specialist help, information and care for children, adults and families living with autism. Local services include residential homes, one-to-one support, day-time hubs and support in further and higher education.

> National Childcare Trust

National Childcare Trust (NCT) provide practical and emotional support and courses in all areas of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood including help with feeding.

> Parenting Smart

Place2Be's online platform Parenting Smart, offers parenting advice and practical tips from child mental health experts to support children’s wellbeing and manage behaviour.

> Reunite

Reunite operate the only telephone advice line in the UK offering practical, impartial advice, information and support to parents, family members, and guardians who have had their child abducted, as well as parents and guardians who may have abducted their child.

Reunite also provide advice, information and support to parents who fear their child may be at risk of abduction and assist and advise in international contact issues and cases of ´permission to remove'.

> Sutton Carers Centre

Sutton Young Carers Service AYCES (Action for Young Carers: Education & Support) is a specialist service for young people up to the age of 25, who have caring for a family member who has a mental health issue or has developed a drug or alcohol problem.

> Welcare

Welcare work with families and children up to the age of 13 in South London and Easter Surrey and offer a practical and emotional support and advice service. Services are based on Christian values.
