Off The Record has recently been awarded funding by Comic Relief through their new initiative Thriving Not Just Surviving, to develop a 'male positive' approach to ensure the needs of young men are met by services like ours. We want young men to be able to access the support they need when they need it. We are seeking to work collaboratively with members of the community to develop ideas and try different approaches to engage and support boys and young men more effectively.

This work will involve:

• Co-designing activities with young men to ensure their needs and interests are met effectively
• Working with young men from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities
• Using activity based interventions as a tool of engagement
• Recognising the power of peer support and positive role models
